We believe in God, Creator and Sustainer of the heavens and the earth. We believe in God’s only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, who came to provide access for us to enter into relationship with God. Only through Jesus Christ is eternal life possible to everyone who receives Him as Savior and Lord. We believe in God’s Holy Spirit, given by Jesus Christ to all His people as a source of strength and comfort until His return.

     We believe the gifts the Spirit brings are a sign of His presence and a source of comfort, strength, and understanding. We emphasize no particular gift, but are open to all of them. We believe that love is the ultimate expression of the Spirit of God at work in our lives. 

     We believe that the Bible, God’s Holy Word, sets the standard for living and is authoritative for us as a rule of faith and practice. According to Jesus Christ the message of Scripture is simple: “You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”  Matthew 22:37-40
